Kingston Smith LLP, came to 3seven9 Agency to design and develop the firm's new business website. Their existing website was not device-agnostic, and user-friendly. Visitors to the site were leaving as they could not find the information they needed.
Solution + Results:
The 3seven9 design team partnered with the client to define their objectives for the website. User personas and journeys were mapped out. Using the client's redesigned identity system, the website was designed to extend their brand. One of the key objectives was to increase the visibility of the partners and team members, so all clients could connect with the people more personally and easily within a couple of clicks.
In two months, the traffic and page view time, and engagement had increased. The client also reported that they had closed a sizeable commercial client from the website in that time.
