Challenge:

The trade promotion for books is competitive and creative ideas need to function quickly to communicate the 'why' – the book(s) should be in-store and the 'what' the retailer will sell.

Solution + Results:

Various formats were experimented with. This approach was novel and compact, and at the same time, provided a simple but usable flow to the content. Imagery and content from the book were used and a timeline for Ricky's jam-packed life was created, with a rough and ready style. We had to combine the physical Point-of-Sale collateral and specifications as usual. The book was a success and continues to sell online today.
