Challenge:

Triangle is an IBM Business Partner, a business intelligence consultancy, with high-profile clients such as BAE Systems, David Lloyd Leisure, and Spirax Sarco. As part of Triangle's sales, marketing, and growth strategy with Maximo and Cognos, they required a multichannel, creative, and visually engaging campaign to drive conversations and conversions.

Solution + Results:

The marketing campaign creative concepts were ideated in a collaborative workshop. Areas covered were the customer experience and their journey with business intelligence, including pain points, the benefits to them, and the USP of working with Triangle. The final outcome was that the audience needed to get on board with the service offering to experience 1st class customer service and partnership. Therefore the final theme revolved around flight and travel in 1st class, 'The journey with Triangle, Maximo and Cognos' for the ultimate destination for smooth business intelligence reporting. All creative assets were rolled out across sales funnel touchpoints, DM emails (along with the user journey automation) website pages, printed materials including banners, mini brochures (not shown), DM mailer (ticket invite).
