As part of Scholl's marketing strategy, it was identified that the UK website needed to provide more information for their customers. This would enable them to explore their foot conditions and to purchase the relevant treatment products with confidence.
Solution + Results:
The Foot Expert was created. The content was developed and curated with the medical writers, using real images of the conditions. These designs were developed, within the brand and web guidelines, to allow the user to find the detail they needed quickly. Through collaboration with the client we had to make sure that information was not seen as medical advice, therefore the user journey would redirect the user to their local pharmacist for further personal support and qualification.
